Have Equipment that needs repairing? Modifying? Upgrading?
From repairing equipment to custom one-offs, we design, service/repair, and modify vintage and modern audio equipment. What started simply as an in-house service, has now expanded to clients, both domestic and international. Along with extensive electrical servicing, we have extensive manufacturing knowledge and possess a 3D printer for truly custom parts that are needed quickly and cheaply. Whether it is remotely troubleshooting with a DIYer or in-shop bench repairs, we offer it. So, just let us know what you need!
Equipment that we typically service, but not limited to, include:
FX processors including Lexicon (224 & 224 X/XL, 480L, 300L, Prime Time II) and AMS (DMX 15-80S, RMX-16)
Dynamic processors including DBX (160VU, 160X/XT, 902) and UREI (1176)
Equalizers including GML (8200) and API (550A/B)
Tape machines including MCI, Ampex, Studer, & Otari
Instruments including guitars, basses, electric pianos (Rhodes), keyboards/synthesizers (Yamaha DX7, Oberheim OB-8)
If it’s used for audio/music, we can service it, and with our Audio Precision test gear, we can measure it!
Recent projects include:
Redesigning and remanufacturing PCBs for the Memory Expansion Option (MEO) for the Lexicon Prime Time II/M95
